We use state-of-the art software for both the maintenance of accounting records and interacting with the Customer. The progress of task execution can be tracked in the electronic system, and accounting operations are processed exclusively in a software product.
Over 11 years of work we have often seen that accountants have to perform part of the work in the software product, while the rest is done in Microsoft Excel and Word. This leads to errors, because, sooner or later, we commit errors regardless of whether we want it or not.
We do not support or allow making calculations in Excel. In our company, all calculations and printed forms are formed in a software product. In cases where our printed forms differ from the ones used by our customers, we form an order for modifying the software product, and our partner promptly makes changes to the program. Our company uses a licensed 1C software product, and all changes in the legislation are timely updated by the provider of the services.
As the number of our customers grows, we have been faced with the problem of monitoring the task execution. To solve it, we have introduced an electronic system that allows keeping records and tracking the progress of the task execution. The system makes it possible to work from any browser and device. It is used not only by employees of our company, but also can be used by our customers. Those of them who have complex business processes, as well as a large flow of tasks, have appreciated our innovation at its true value.
