In accordance with an accounting services agreement, the Company reimburses the Customer for losses incurred as a result of violation of the rules of accounting, preparation and submission of reports. The Company provides its services in accordance with the agreement and bears financial responsibility.
According to the clause of the agreement titled “Liability of the Parties”, “the Contractor shall reimburse for losses incurred to the Customer as a direct result of violation of the rules of accounting, preparation and submission of reports, except for cases where such violations result from: delays in payment for the Contractor’s services, or if the norms of the Current legislation are not clearly defined, contradictory, and their force in relation to the Services cannot be determined by the Contractor unambiguously.
By losses are meant the amounts of penalties and (or) fines accrued by tax authorities and (or) awarded by a court on the basis of a decision that has entered into legal force.
So, we want to show that all employees of the Company have been trained and know their stuff, that’s why their competence should not be the matter of concern for you.
